Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DockSweep ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
2. Description of Service
DockSweep is a cloud-based service that helps users manage and clean up Docker registry images. The Service allows you to:
- Connect to Docker registries using secure access tokens
- Create and manage cleanup rules for Docker images
- Preview and execute cleanup operations
- Schedule automated cleanup tasks
- View analytics and reports on registry usage
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Use a strong, unique password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Not share your account credentials with others
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Use the Service to transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Unscheduled maintenance or repairs
- Technical failures or malfunctions
- Force majeure events
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.
6. Billing and Payments
6.1 Subscription Plans
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as applicable.
6.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due.
6.3 Refunds
Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. Generally, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refunds for partial periods are not provided unless required by law.
6.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Cancellation and Termination
7.1 Cancellation by You
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period.
7.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Fail to pay fees when due
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Misuse the Service in any way
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DockSweep and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
9. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of all data and content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for your data and content. We are not responsible for any loss or corruption of your data, though we maintain regular backups.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
10.1 Service Provided "As Is"
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DockSweep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DockSweep and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
12. Governing Law
